Good Morning everyone, I just wanna start of my day with a positive mind, hoping today will be better than yesterday.
Its already the 15th day of the fasting month. Feels weird writing this entry time bulan Ramadhan. Nak tulis about my chocolate addiction. But its okay la, still morning and am not that hungry. Eventhough dah tidur lepas sahur tadikan . Amalan yang sangat teruk ye everyone, boleh buncit!! Tak percaya cuba try. Tak pasal ada orang have to wear Premium Beautiful ni sebab buncit. haha. I dah warning ye, dont blame me. I tak nak nanti ada orang whatsapp cakap nak pakai Premium Beautiful Corset ni sebab tidur lepas makan sampai buncit. haha. For those yang ada corset ni okay la, you can maintain. Corset tu pun boleh jaga kuantiti pemakanan you all if yang tak pandai nak berhenti makan tu kan. haha.

Everytime balik, (wajib ) ada supply makanan like snacks and candys. I always bought chipsmore and more chipsmore . haha It was my fav since primary school because thats the only snacks my dad keep buying me since chilhood.Wokay. At that time, im not really a fan of choc,just makan biasa-biasa je. But then kan , there was this one time when my sis accidently! left her choc bar in my bag . Lucky me la kan.
That night when I was studying late at night, I was hungry. So apa lagi. Chocolate in my bag. No second thought dah. I was eating the choc, super slow dah macam iklan tv yang buat orang rasa emmmm2......... tu. Then it came to me. Ada rasa macam suatu rasa relax je dalam minda ni. Rasa nikmat je makan . Try la! Who knows you jadi choc addict like me jugak. haha... Eating the choc actually release stress! Did a little research after the sudden discovery of my "chocolate addiction".Chocolate can also help with weight loss, stabilizing blood sugar, controlling appetite and reducing cravings. It also tends to improve your mood, restrain your desire to consume comfort foods.
So I listed down the actual benefits of Dark Chocolate. I have never knew all of its benefit. All this time we were told to keep away from chocolate because its bad for you ,reasons like diabetes and weight gain.

People who are insulin-resistant lose the ability to feel full. An experiment show that the person who either ate or smelled chocolate showed a drastic reduction in ghrelin and satiated appetites.

The more dark chocolate you eat, the more of a tolerance yo bitterness you build. Meaning, if you start eating dark chocolate for example, 60% cocoa continuously, you can start to handle eating 70%, then 80% and later on even 90% cocoa dark chocolate bars.
