Tragic year for Malaysia

Malaysia is once again face with the hard truth yet again another Malaysia Airlines aircraft involve in an accident.  Fortunateluy, the real cause of this accident in known immediately, unlike MH370 that was until now unfound.The only thing to do now is uncover the truth, however delayed because of the diffuculty of the investigation team to enter the sight of the crash. They party involve are not showing sign of concern or support. Are they not ashame of themselves.

The hold world in now looking at Malaysia, not for the good reason. With the unpredictable weather in Malaysia this year, it is really a test for us. 

Is the conflict between two countries to be blame. But rumours are spreading Malaysia has become a target. Or is it just a coincidence. Is there a story behind this. Is someone or a group of people going against us?  Is Malaysia really the target? Are they planning something? But why? Why Malaysia? Why Malaysia Airlines? Why are we faced with so many questions. Each and every one of those questions is hard to get an answer. We're just civilian . Only certain people in this world might know.

Is saddens me when I think we're might just be the victim or target of others greed.
Like MH370 accidents. There were so many speculation. But no one dare to say its true. Because if it was, a war might start. In a somewhat peaceful state we live in is threaten, would be the last thing we want.After all this years to tighten the bond of Malaysians all with differaet backgrounds, race and religions, we began understand each others needs and respect it. Our mind began to open up to the possibilities of uniting as Malaysians and set aside our differences.

Im sure this accidents made us unite even more to give support to those who are involved. For a small country like Malaysia, it is such a great lost. Even though the majority of the passengers isnt Malaysian, we still fell the lost. Its not about nationality, race or religion. Its none of those things, Its about humanity. And living together in different culture we come to know, that all that doesnt matter.
Looking at the world. Why are they fighting over this things. Just because they are different. I thought, "Maybe they have never felt the feeling of having someone "different" as a friend. Their heart are still not open for it. Or are their greed blinding them".
We'll never know and can only hope for the best for them. Not everyone is open for new possibilities.





It was a shock to hear that MH17 was shot down. Is it because it intrudes into a restrict territory. However it was announced that the flight was flying at a safe route. It was estimated that another 209 airlines use the same routes to fly the air space. And at that moment , Singapore Airlines ang India Airlines was near by, but it waas the fate of MAS to have shot down amongs all. Its just a shock that MH370 mystery was still unsolve, and another has arise.





There was a lot of speculations and one of it was because they might have mistaken flight MH17 for President Putin's plane. I know this was criticize a lot. How can they say that. Im sure its just hard for anyone to accept that. But there were still a lot of speculation and the responsible party is yet to admit themselves.



This is one of the fake picture of the wreckage of fligh MH17 that was viral on thw internet .

I wont be showing any picture that might effect the families of the passenger and crew of MH17.

We might be doing the same old routine, but the morning after the crash was announced, the road was quiet. Everyone was there, but there was sorrow. No one is rushing, even the traffic jam seemed different. The saddnes was reflected by their action. Maybe everyone just dont know what to say. This second tragic accident just made us lost of words.

All of us can do now, is wait for answers.
But the question "why" still remain.
Are we to face all this without answers.

"Speculations"
This question just keep popping on my head.
 Some even said that this might be a set up to attack Malaysia. Malaysia is their target. Do they want something from us or to vanish our existance or do they want our land. When it comes to war and conflict, greed is always the reason. Its never enough. Human would always want more. In order to achieve that, they would do anything. Their greed over powered their mind.


Awareness.
Whos the real terrorist
All this time we supported Gaza, because we know, what Israel doing is wrong. I would like to repeat that it is not about religion, race or nationality. Its about humanity.

This is all I can say and all my thoughts and prayers are with people involve.

Chocolate Addiction ( Dark Chocolate Benefits )

Hi all,



Good Morning everyone, I just wanna start of my day with a positive mind, hoping today will be better than yesterday.

 Its already the 15th day of the fasting month. Feels weird writing this entry time bulan Ramadhan. Nak tulis about my chocolate addiction. But its okay la, still morning and am not that hungry. Eventhough dah tidur lepas sahur tadikan . Amalan yang sangat teruk ye everyone, boleh buncit!! Tak percaya cuba try. Tak pasal ada orang have to wear Premium Beautiful ni sebab buncit. haha. I dah warning ye, dont blame me. I tak nak nanti ada orang whatsapp cakap nak pakai Premium Beautiful Corset ni sebab tidur lepas makan sampai buncit. haha. For those yang ada corset ni okay la, you can maintain. Corset tu pun boleh jaga kuantiti pemakanan you all if yang tak pandai nak berhenti makan tu kan. haha.
Kunjungan wajib ku dimana-mana kedai chocolate berdekatan.
Apabila pilihan terlalu banyak. Ia menjadi masalah buat ku.
Not a fan of white chocolate, but belgium chocolate sume jenis sedap. Seriously!!

Ok2, Now I just nak start off on how I got addicted to Chocolate. You know in our senior year in high school, of course we're busy with homework an such. But not me, I hate doing homework. But still, I study my own way. It was kind of stressful and boring at the same time, since I cant participate in any activities anymore because the teacher wants us to focus on the up coming super important (determine our life) kind of exam. But when Im bored, my minds not working. So , therefore I had to find a way to release this felling of confinement. And that is when chocolate came into my life . (sounds over kan. LOL!!)

Everytime balik, (wajib ) ada supply makanan like snacks and candys. I always bought chipsmore and more chipsmore . haha It was my fav since primary school because thats the only snacks my dad keep buying me since chilhood.Wokay. At that time, im not really a fan of choc,just makan biasa-biasa je. But then kan , there was this one time when my sis accidently! left her choc bar in my bag . Lucky me la kan. 
That night when I was studying late at night, I was hungry. So apa lagi. Chocolate in my bag. No second thought dah. I was eating the choc, super slow dah macam iklan tv yang buat orang rasa emmmm2......... tu. Then it came to me. Ada rasa macam suatu rasa relax je dalam minda ni. Rasa nikmat je makan . Try la! Who knows you jadi choc addict like me jugak. haha... Eating the choc actually release stress! Did a little research after the sudden discovery of my "chocolate addiction".Chocolate can also   help with weight loss, stabilizing blood sugar, controlling appetite and reducing cravings. It also tends to improve your mood, restrain your desire to consume comfort foods.



So I listed down the actual benefits of Dark Chocolate. I have never knew all of its benefit. All this time we were told to keep away from chocolate because its bad for you ,reasons like diabetes and weight gain.

But we got the facts wrong.

Dark chocolates are packed with antioxidants that help your body to release free radicals that oxidized and damage the skin cells. Free radicals actually effect your aging process and can even cause cancer!! So eating food rich in antioxidant like dark chocolate can protect you from many types of cancer and slow the sign of aging.

3) Health Benefits
Weight Watchers state that, good quality dark chocolate provides the same healthy benefits as leafy green vegetables.Not just that, dark chocolate can help lower your blood pressure, increase circulation and prevent arteriosclerosis, when enjoyed in small quantities.This are all very important for obese people.

4) Good For Your Brain And Heart
Dark chocolate can increase rate of blood flow to the brain and heart, so it improves cognitive function. Risk of stroke is also reduced.

By controling the 3 hormones that is  insulin, ghrelin and leptin. Ghrelin is produced to increase appetite, while leptin has the opposite effect. People who are insulin-resistant lose the ability to feel full. An experiment show that the person who either ate or smelled chocolate showed a drastic reduction in ghrelin and satiated appetites.

The more dark chocolate you eat, the more of a tolerance yo bitterness you build. Meaning, if you start eating dark chocolate for example, 60% cocoa continuously, you can start to handle eating 70%, then 80% and later on even 90% cocoa dark chocolate bars.

Tips cara hilangkan blackhead

Apa khabar semua,


Okay, firstly nak share tentang blackheads. Blackheads ni cuma jerawat yang tiada kulit atasnya. Itu je. Disebabkan tiada kulit, dan terdedah pada udara, lapisan atas pores ini dioxidise dan bertukar menjadi darkish black colour

So you just need to clean off the pores, then blackheads tu akan hilang. Tak perlulah memicit!!
If anda yang jenis senang ada blackheads, ada berita baik dan buruk ye. 
Berita buruk: pores yang besar dan muka berminyak dalam hidup anda adalah biasa.
Berita baik: Orang yang mempunyai muka berminyak dan pores yang besar, muka tidak mudah berkedut. Ini kerana  kulit kita sangat bagus dalam menambahkan minyak. Ini akan menjadi suatu kesyukuran bila sudah berumur 60an.

Ini antara remedi turun temurun. Cara nak hilangkan blackheads pada hidung. Namun, cara ini bukanlah lazim lagi, kerana ramai artis-artis di hollywood juga menggunakan cara semulajadi ini.

1 putih telur & madu
Letakkan putih telurdalam mangkuk bersama dengan madu
Kemudian, kacau hingga sebati
Seterusnya letakkan pada muka yang kering (tak perlu basah)
Tinggalkan selama 18-20 minit
Apabila masa sudah mencukupi, basuhkan muka dengan bersih

Putih telur ini mampu menhilangkan kulit-kulit mati dan menghilangkan pori-pori untuk menghalang kembalinya blackheads.

How To Add The Facebook Like Button On Your Blogger Post 2014

Hi,
I have been trying to do this for like 2 weeks. There was the old setting where you have to click "expand the widget templates". I seriously cant find it. No wonder la. Blogger already change its ,setting layout. Here's the new tutorial for 2014. I dont know if they're gonna change it again.

Steps:
1) These 3 different layouts that you may choose here:



2) Then copy the code by, get code> Iframe

3) Now to add the faceboook like button to all your blog post.
Log in to your blogger account , find dashboard > design > edit HTML

4) Use (ctrl + F), and find the code below:

5)There might be two or more. Paste below the second . If it doesn't work,then try to paste after the first one.

6)Then don't forget to save template. Then view.

Cara Elakkan Sakit Belakang

Assalamualaikum, 
Pasti ramai pernah mengalami sakit belakang, mungkin kerana duduk terlalu lama, atau duduk membongkok.
For me yang memang eventually akan drive back and forth antara Terengganu and Kuala Lumpur, sakit belakang ni sering berlaku. Kerana 6 jam perjalanan jauh tanpa henti, menyebabkan tulang belakang saya rasa lenguh dan rada berat untuk support bahu sendiri. Mungkin anda ada mengalami dimana keadaan memaksa anda untuk duduk dalam jangka masa yang lama seperti di office dan traffic jam.

For me its really a nuisance, kerana rasa badan tak selesa and constantly rasa nak betulkan posisi.


Antara amalan yang menyebabkan sakit belakang:

Memakai kasut tumit tinggi
Selalu membongkok, samada apabila berdiri atau duduk
Membawa barang yang terlalu berat
Mengangkat barang dalam keadaan posisi yang salah
Perjalanan yang jauh tanpa henti


Kasur bertumit Tinggi
Memang gadis-gadis diluar sana tidak dapat elak dari memakai kasut bertumit tinggi. Saya sendiri mengaku suka memakainya, walau mengetahui keburukannya
Posture bila memakai high heels memang cantik. Namun, secara tak langsung, kasut bertumit tinggi menolak alignment tulang belakang kita menjadi tidak sama. 
Tapak kaki kita yang sepatutnya support keseluruh body mass. However, kasut bertumit menyebabkan berat kita tertumpu di bahagian tumit. Dan ini lah yang menyebabkan komplikasi tulang belakang. Tumit kita sahaja tidak dapat menampung kesemuan pressure yang diberi itu.



Membongkok


Pastikan posture anda ketika berdiri adalah betul. Membongkok boleh menyebabkan sakit tulang belakang.

Kepada yang suka membongkok semasa duduk pula, tabiat ini boleh memudaratkan anda. Pasti ramai readers yang sedang membongkok ketika membaca entry ni kan. Jika ya.Betulkan!! posture anda.

Okay, you can change your position duduk camni ye. Letak sticky notes or something di laptop as a reminder supaya tiada cubaan membongkok lagi.

Okay. Ni I dah sedia sekali cara betul ketika drive. I know memang ramai people out there yang tempoh jam tiap-tiap hari , and long office hour siap ada over time. Thats why you should always practice duduk right posture to avoid back injury.




Mengangkat barang degan posture yang betul
Gambar ni menunjukkan cara mengangkat barang yang salah. Mesti ramai terasa! Cara ini salah kerana pinggang kita yang terpaksa support badan untuk mengangkat barang tersebut. 
Ini lah cara yang betul mengangkat barang. Gunakan kaki untuk support badan angkat barang. Bukannya pinggang ye!!
Ni cara perempuan boleh angkat barang, yang tadi for men je. No way we girls nak angkat barang camtu. Nak kene kangkang  merata. Takde-takde. Ni I bagi cara angkat barang for women yang lebih ayu and elegent. hehe. So no need nak kangkang merata ye!!
