Trip Class For Interior Maintenance Of Aircraft

Assalamualaikum,

Setelah sekian lama lenyap sekajap atas sebab laptop problem, hari ni saya kembali mengepos.

Not much, but just nak cite time class trip ke MAS Complex B di Subang. Ala , just across the road from my training school, that is Complex B.

So hari tu with Sir Talib. One of the Legend from MAS. One of the first person yang start buat maintenance especially for Interior of Aircraft. No wonder, Mas punya interior maintenance is world class. For all you Malaysian, please bangga sikit ye. Saya pun turut bangga diajar oleh instructor seperti Sir Talib ini. One of the leaders for maintenance. Dah like ayah angkat for all the students in our training school.

Ok so, there were finally a break for us from class. Some of you might not know module 11 tu apa. Well, its one of the syllabul yang we have to learn la. Its not sikit you know. Its like ada 4 file , each one is the size of 4 dictionary combined . Typical learning materials for us right.

So here goes, first of all lepas arrive di complex A tu, our Sir Talib meet one of his senior. SENIOR ladies and gents. And we thought he was old enough in MAS. Ada lagi orang lagi "legend". But he didnt looked that old la.

Our first stop was the Safety Equipment punya workshop. Di situ lah the workshop guys buat inspection for any damage pada Life raft, slide raft, life jacket and all the other things yang related to safety for aircraft. Kegunaan sume ni adalah untuk survival bila aircraft terlibat in any accident yang require the passenger untuk ditch aircraft ni. Macam emergency escape lah. Like one of the incident di Hudson water . Sorry i forgor where. But incident tu melibatkan burung yang sedang migrate berlanggar dengan aircraft tu . Dengan terms yang diguna bird strike sangat sesuai untuk mengulaskan kejadian ini. Burung-burung sekalian telah desedut or saja diorang fly masuk dalam engine. Okay , so memang aircraft direka untuk withstand all kinds of bird strike. However, bird yang migrate at that time was extra large compare to the usual "birds" they use to experiment or test the integrity of the engine. Therefore resulted to the aircraft terpaksa buat emergency landing dalam air. Thanks to the pilot really professional and experienced berjaya land kan aircraft itu with minimal impact. Everyone was safe. Sorry, tetiba elongate cite pasal aircrash pulak.

I voluntered untuk deploy slide raft tu ,sebab came on, siapa tak nak. Semua malu je. haha . Thank god, rezeki masing-masing. I got the experience. =)

My friend ni takleh cakap takut lemas tak sempat tiup.LOL

Life Vest punya demonstrater. SO this one is double chamber life vest. Once you pull trigger untuk release CO2, leher you akan rase kesejukan co2 tu. Seriusly cold.

Survival Kit punya food

Sometimes you just wonder camne nak survive with this much food kan. 

Thats too much.It was sweet. Cam gula-gula biasa.

Jahit Carpet

Ni cara jahit tepi untuk carpet. Lagi kemas. I have seen aircraft third party (selain mas)

 punya carpet yang tak jahit tepi ni. Sangat tak kemas. 

Well thats all that i will share for now. Its kinda sad tengok  MAS dah start packing things di subang ni untuk moveke KLIA as you all know incident MH370 and MH17 sangat membawa impak besar. So for now MAS akan kecikkan operasi.
