Just when u hope things will turn foe the better. Well, not the first time im wrong.
Recently, we were announce frozen by my training school administration. How? All the sponsored student including felda ,yayasan terengganu n peneraju will be onhold from any exams, issuance of notes, allowance/food n assasement. N we thought we r going to be sent home .lol. all training classes will continue as usual. How am i to continue classes when i cant get a hold of my notes.
We re waiting for a reply from our sponsors. Turns out some responsible party didnt pay our training school the fee n allowance.
Well it was announce last week. We re thinking of the most possible worst thing that could happen. But the responsible party were to pay compensation for not followong the contract. Dont think that will happen until they announce hemselves bankrup. So wont be applying for another training course.
This week we have been hearing some feedback from our sponsores. The responsible party claim one of the sponsores didnt answer their phone call. Why didnt they just approach them face to face. Is it not possible? If this matter is important as it is to them. Or was it just an excuse to avoid their mistake.
We were given news that a representative from our sponsors will come n check on our condition. The feldas have been 2 days without food n hanging on. Before this they were given food 3 times a day. But since they froze it, the sponsored might be force to give an allowance. That sounds like gold news for me. We can actually see where our money is going.
Allowances for the peneraju student will be given directly from mas. Wheres for yayasan Terengganu i wasnt updated of their condition. But among us, yayasan terengganu trainees should have the least worries. They r especially taken care by thei sponsores. I learned this through experiece. Feldas seems the most uncaring sponsores. Through experience also i notice they dont give a damn about the trainess. Even if some do care, there seems to be nothing done to help us. Only now when our parents r worried n complaint they r taking an initiative to take a peek on whats happening. Not hoping anything from them thou. Cuz were used to being left independently. Not to soung negtive thou, we ve given up on them. Thats what 3 years of being under them lead us to think. Im sure this could relate to some corruptions. But i hate politics n dont even wanna think about it.
Thats all i can blab about for now. We re waiting for a resolution for this. The most hope comes from yayasan terengganu. Peneraju is a bit new so im not sure about them. So far they re responding to the situation. Unlike felda that needs more persuasions.
Even our pass will be onhold. Sooner or later we cant even go to the training school cuz we need those pass, to pass through security.
